This policy explains what information Karbon Cards collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site you agree to it.

What we collect

• Account & contact: your email address and name when you create an account or join the waitlist.
• Order & shipping: the items you order and the shipping address and contact details you provide at checkout.
• Custom order content: decklists and any artwork you upload for a custom order.
• Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical: basic device/log data and cookies/local storage needed to run the site (for example, keeping your cart).

How we use it

• To process, print, and ship your orders and provide customer support.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations and shipping updates).
• To notify waitlist members when we launch, if you signed up.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the store and only share what's needed for them to do their job:

• Supabase — account, database, and file hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — site hosting and delivery.
• [Email provider, e.g. Resend] — sending order and launch emails.
• Scryfall — card data and images shown on the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart and sign-in session. These are essential to the site's function; we don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Email [support@karboncards.com] and we'll help.

Children

Karbon is not directed to children under [13/16] and we don't knowingly collect their information.
