Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase of products from Karbon Cards ([legal business name], "Karbon," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Karbon sells custom-printed proxy cards intended for personal, casual, and playtesting use. Every card is clearly marked as a proxy. Our products are not official trading cards, are not tournament-legal, and are not sold as, or intended to be passed off as, authentic product.
2. Intellectual property
Karbon is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro. "Magic: The Gathering," card names, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Card data and imagery are provided by Scryfall. Original and custom artwork remains the property of its creators.
3. Custom orders & uploaded content
When you submit a decklist or upload artwork for a custom order, you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights. You retain responsibility for content you provide. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders we believe are intended for resale as authentic product, counterfeiting, or other misuse — and will refund any amount charged for a declined order.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in [USD] and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and, for international orders, any import duties.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund. Custom and made-to-order items begin production shortly after purchase.
6. Shipping, returns & cancellations
Shipping timeframes, rates, returns, replacements, and cancellations are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell Karbon cards as authentic product, use them in sanctioned tournament play, or otherwise use them to deceive. You are responsible for how you use the cards you purchase.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karbon's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [jurisdiction].
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Questions? Email [support@karboncards.com].
